Face of the Screaming Werewolf is a 1964 horror film created by film maker Jerry Warren from pieced together scenes from two Mexican monster movies, La Casa del Terror and La Momia Azteca, along with additional scenes he produced himself, ostensibly in order to improve the narrative flow.

A psychic leads archaeologists into an Aztec pyramid, where they discover two mummies. One of these is a werewolf mummy. Both mummies revive and stalk the scientists. The werewolf mummy is played by Lon Chaney, Jr. in footage from La Casa del Terror, his last film role as a werewolf.
The film's lack of story cohesion is what inspired a surrealist novel of the same title. Published in 2006, Face of the Screaming Werewolf by Ken Gage recycled imagery and dialogue from the film to tell a strange story involving Satan's war in heaven, robots, sadomasochistic vampires, the nature of elitism, and aliens.
